Yard House Restaurants in Sparks, NV invites a energetic Busser/Barback to join our team. You will support servers and bartenders by keeping the dining room, bar, and service areas clean, sanitized, and well stocked.

Assist with clearing bar tops, sanitation of barware, restocking glassware and plateware, and changing out kegs to ensure fresh beers on tap. This role offers tips-based pay and opportunities for growth within a busy, dynamic venue.

• Sanitize barware and restock glassware and plateware
• Keep dining room, bar, lobby and service areas clean and stocked
• Change out kegs as needed to keep beers on tap fresh

Job description

For this position, pay will be variable by location - plus tips.
Our Busser/Barbacks are the right hands to our Servers and Bartenders. They ensure our dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, sanitized, stocked and visually appealing. They assist our Bartenders in clearing the bar top, cleaning/sanitizing the barware, and restocking glassware and plateware. In addition, they change out kegs as needed to keep our beers on tap fresh!
