Yard House Restaurants in Coral Gables, FL is hiring Busser/Barback to support servers and bartenders. The role keeps the dining room, bar, lobby and service areas clean, sanitized, stocked and visually appealing, ensuring a smooth guest experience.

You will clear the bar top, sanitize barware, restock glassware and plateware, and change out kegs to keep beers on tap fresh. This position offers location-based pay and tips, with opportunities for growth and benefits as part of our team.

Responsibilities

• They ensure our dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, sanitized, stocked and visually appealing.
• They assist our Bartenders in clearing the bar top, cleaning/sanitizing the barware, and restocking glassware and plateware.
• They change out kegs as needed to keep our beers on tap fresh!

Job description

For this position, pay will be variable by location - plus tips.
Our Busser/Barbacks are the right hands to our Servers and Bartenders. They ensure our dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, sanitized, stocked and visually appealing. They assist our Bartenders in clearing the bar top, cleaning/sanitizing the barware, and restocking glassware and plateware. In addition, they change out kegs as needed to keep our beers on tap fresh!
