Job summary

Yard House Restaurants is seeking a Busser/Barback in Town of Florida, NY to support our Servers and Bartenders. This role ensures our dining and service areas are clean, sanitized, and stocked. The Busser/Barback will assist in bar maintenance, glassware organization, and keg changes.

• Change out kegs as needed to keep beers on tap fresh.

Job description

For this position, pay will be variable by location — plus tips.

Busser/Barbacks are the right hands to our Servers and Bartenders. They ensure our dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, sanitized, stocked and visually appealing. They assist our Bartenders in clearing the bar top, cleaning/sanitizing the barware, and restocking glassware and plateware. In addition, they change out kegs as needed to keep our beers on tap fresh!
