Job Description

To maintain the highest standards possible for the guest by ensuring quick, efficient, and professional Busser /Food Runner / Dining Room Assistant services.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver food to correct tables according to ticket, floor plan, and seat numbers.
2. Always inquire if additional service is needed from guests upon delivery and inform server or manager.
3. Responsible for set-up of expo line with items specified in side work.
4. Consult with supervisor on any food delivery difficulty.
5. Minimize breakage.
6. Attend all designated staff meetings and training sessions.
7. Assist with the set up and breakdown of breakfast buffet according to time allotted.
8. Securing all breakfast vehicles such as platters, butter dishes, bread knives as directed by manager or posted in side work.
9. Ensuring all products are within date and using the FIFO method of storage.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 1 year food runner experience or DRA or Busser experience preferred.
2. Must be able to work early mornings, including weekends and holidays.
3. Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
4. Enthusiastic and friendly with a positive attitude.
5. Must be Food Handler and TABC certified.
6. Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift in an indoor/outdoor environment.
