The busser is the backbone of the building. This team must be discreet but efficient. They are to help assist in guests’ needs without unduly disrupting the experience.

Essential Functions

• Clear, wipe down tables.
• Sweep/mop/vacuum as needed.
• Refill sugar caddies, salt & pepper shakers.
• Align dining room tables to the floor chart diagram.
• Help set up private event spaces.
• Restock all stations.
• Assist servers as needed.
• Assist dishwashersas needed.
