Job summary

True Food Kitchen is hiring bussers to support servers and maintain a welcoming, clean dining environment. You will clear and reset tables, assist with drink refills, and help move items while prioritizing warm hospitality.

As a busser, you will work in a fast-paced setting with opportunities to grow. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred, and gratuities supplement earnings. This role emphasizes teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced restaurant environments is a plus.

• Willingness to lift/move items and work in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Keep the dining room clean by promptly clearing and resetting tables.
• Assist servers with water/tea refills and clearing tableware.
• Monitor and clean floors, bar, and restrooms as needed.
• Stock clean dishes from the dish station.
• Clean spills quickly and discreetly.
• Help deliver food during busy times.
• Thank guests and ask about their experience.
• Respond sincerely to guest requests and communicate with the team.

Compensation: Starting at state tipped minimum wage/hour + Tips*
