Job Description Summary

As the Busser, you support the daily operations of the Food Beverage department by ensuring tables are clean, organized, and properly reset in a timely manner. You assist Food Servers in delivering a seamless guest dining experience through attentive service and maintenance of a clean, upscale environment. Your efforts directly impact guest satisfaction and contribute to smooth restaurant operations.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
• Greet guests in a friendly and upbeat manner.
• Refill water and non‑alcoholic beverages, and offer refills when glasses are half full.
• Clear tables promptly and sweep surrounding areas as needed.
• Transport soiled tableware to the dishwashing area and replace silverware as appropriate.
• Set and reset tables according to outlet standards.
• Polish glassware and silverware to maintain presentation quality.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas, rotating stock using FIFO procedures.
• Maintain a general knowledge of menu and beverage offerings.
• Assist in running food as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal.
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
• Verify right to work in the United States.
• Food Handlers Card.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels.
• Frequently squat, kneel, reach, bend, twist.
• Occasionally sit and work at a desk or computer.
• Frequently standing and walking.
