Responsibilities include:

• Clearing and cleaning tables, replacing tablecloths as needed
• Cleaning table tops, chairs, booths, and surrounding areas between guests
• Removing used tableware and providing new items for guests
• Locating items requested by guests
• Scraping, stacking, and transporting dishes for cleaning
• Assisting with serving, cleaning, stocking duties to support customer service
• Carrying food and supplies from kitchens to service areas
• Cleaning spills, broken dishes, and removing trash
• Serving food when needed and maintaining supplies
• Cleaning and polishing restaurant areas and floors
• Refilling beverage and condiment stations
• Communicating with staff to ensure efficient seating and service
• Responding to guest requests and assisting team members
• Inspecting restrooms regularly and cleaning as needed
• Participating in employee meetings and suggesting improvements
• Supporting team operations and stepping in where needed
