Job summary

North Beach Social is seeking a Busser for a fast-paced restaurant in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. The role supports waitstaff, maintains dining room standards, and helps ensure guest satisfaction.

Both full-time and part-time schedules are available; compensation is $10–$13 per hour with benefits eligible for full-time staff. Responsibilities include cleaning and setting tables, maintaining cleanliness and safety, replenishing condiments, and assisting with turnover during service.

Qualifications

• Able to effectively read tickets in English.
• Preferred - high school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and clothing tables, and setting decorations, service plates, and utensils.
• Protects the establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
• Maintains menu presentation by keeping menus clean, replacing damaged or soiled pages, and cleaning chalkboards.
• Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, refilling water glasses, and being attentive to additional needs.
• Supports waitstaff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands and busser stations.
• Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping and vacuuming floors, and removing trash from the facility.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities.
• Enhances the organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to lift large-format serving trays
• Able to meet physical demands such as lifting at least 50 lbs. as well as standing on your feet for up to 8 hours
