• Bus tables, clean, and reset tables properly
• Have a general knowledge of our food and drink menu; recommend and upsell products
• Answer phones professionally and direct calls as needed
• Assist throughout the restaurant by delivering food & beverages, helping guests, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Follow safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety procedures during shifts
