Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Responsibilities include:

• Clearing tables after guests, wiping tables or seats with damp cloths, or replacing dirty tablecloths.
• Promptly cleaning table tops, chairs, booths, and the floor around tables between guests.
• Removing used tableware between courses and providing tableware for the next course.
• Locating items requested by guests.
• Scraping and stacking dirty dishes, carrying dishes and tableware to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Taking soiled tableware to the designated area, unloading, sorting, and stacking silverware, dishes, and glassware for cleaning.
• Performing serving, cleaning, or stocking duties to facilitate customer service.
• Carrying food, dishes, trays, or silverware from kitchens or supply areas to serving counters.
• Cleaning up spilled food or drinks, broken dishes, and removing trash.
• Serving food to guests when servers need assistance.
• Maintaining adequate supplies such as linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, or trays.
• Cleaning and polishing counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas and other parts of the restaurant.
• Refilling beverage or ice dispensers.
• Stocking cabinets or serving areas with condiments and refilling containers.
• Communicating with servers and hosts to ensure efficient seating, table utilization, and customer service.
• Responding to guest requests and communicating them to staff as needed.
• Obtaining service area assignments at the start of each shift.
• Inspecting assigned restrooms every 30 minutes and cleaning as needed.
• Attending scheduled employee meetings and suggesting improvements.
• Coordinating with fellow employees to meet guest needs and support restaurant operations.
• Filling in for colleagues where needed to ensure service standards and efficient operations.
