Colonial House Restaurant & Bar in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Busser to support waitstaff and kitchen teams in delivering exceptional service. You will prepare and clean dining areas, remove dishes, and ensure a clean, safe dining environment.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, lift/heavy objects as needed, and collaborate with staff to meet service goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with food service regulations preferred.
• Able to lift, carry, or pull heavy objects.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and clean dining areas before guests are seated.
• Remove dirty dishes and utensils from tables using trays.
• Clean tables, seating areas, and floors after guests leave.
• Communicate effectively with other bussers and hosts through a headset.
• Check restrooms every hour to ensure cleanliness and perform cleaning as needed.
• Maintain health and safety regulations within the dining room and kitchen.
• Collaborate well with dining room and kitchen staff.
• Perform assigned side work.
• Assist with other duties as needed, demonstrating strong teamwork skills.

As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our dining areas. You will support our waitstaff and kitchen team to deliver outstanding service to our guests.
