• Assist dishwasher as necessary.
• Clean up any messes, such as spilled drinks or food promptly.
• Always follow all company procedures and health regulations.
• Must adhere to all casino/gaming policy and procedures, rules, and regulations.
• This position may require cross-training for both the front and back of the house daily operations of the Food and Beverage Department.
• Must attend and be certified in all applicable training programs required.
• All other departmental duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

The Busser is responsible for always keeping the eating area clean and presentable.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean tables and take dishes, utensils, etc. to the dish pit for washing.

• While performing the duties of this job the Team Member is regularly required to talk, hear, stand for entire shift, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms, use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls.

• Must be able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
• The environment is of high humidity with extreme temperatures.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
