The Busser is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. They will remove dishes, utensils, glassware, and paper products from tables and dining areas, deliver dishes and utensils to the dishwasher for cleaning, and empty food and paper waste into the trash. They will also arrange tables and chairs upon guest departure, sweep around and under each table/chair, clean highchairs and booster seats, and clean handrails and steps regularly. Ensuring areas are free of hazards is also part of the role.
