Position Snapshot:

This role involves assisting bartenders and servers by maintaining cleanliness and supporting efficient, friendly service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver an exceptional guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment.
2. Keep the supervisor informed of any issues and take corrective actions as needed.
3. Create a welcoming and fun atmosphere for guests and team members.
4. Follow sanitation procedures.
5. Maintain cleanliness at bus stands and stock supplies.
6. Keep wait stations clean.
7. Empty trash and perform spot cleaning as required.
8. Handle opening and closing duties, including party breakdowns.
9. Restock supplies for shift changes or close.
10. Clear tables and assist guests with dishes and beverages.
11. Support party setup and maintain restroom cleanliness.
12. Clean high chairs and booster seats.
13. Assist team members as needed based on business needs.
14. Remain friendly and approachable, smiling frequently during shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
15. Experience in restaurant or bar service is preferred but not required.
16. Communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Requirements:

Physical Demands: The role requires working in a noisy, fast-paced environment, reading and writing handwritten notes, lifting up to 30 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, and reaching, bending, and stooping frequently. Salary Range: $7.25 - $13 per hour
