Job summary

Snooze East Nashville is seeking a Busser to help keep the dining area spotless and running smoothly during busy breakfast hours.

You’ll clear tables, remove dishes, assist servers, and help maintain a welcoming, energetic environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old and authorized to work in the US.
• All county required food service certifications must be obtained prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Remove plates/glassware guests no longer need and assist with dish area.
• Clean and clear tables, reset for next guests, and maintain cleanliness.
• Inspect restrooms every 30 minutes and clean as needed.
• Assist servers with food delivery during peak periods.
• Support FOH, Bar, and HOH with stocking and cleaning.

The Position Specifics

You are moving fast and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant throughout a bustling shift and are the ultimate team player. Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift.

• Remove plates/glassware that guests no longer needs
• Take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing. Assist dishwasher by removing remaining food into appropriate waste bin and maintaining a clean dishwashingstation
• Clean and clear tables after each Guest Experience. Between, promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths, check floor and clean as required
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
• Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to server as needed
• Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods
• Continually communicate and assist FOH, Bar, and HOH in stocking, cleaning, and any other requested assistance
