Job summary

VIG North Central in Sunnyslope, Phoenix, is hiring a Busser to support a fast-paced, guest-focused dining room and deliver memorable moments for guests.

You will clear dirty dishes, reset tables quickly, assist servers, and help keep the dining area clean and welcoming in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative, energetic team culture and opportunities to grow with the restaurant await.

Minimum age 16, must be able to stand for long periods, and be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables immediately after guests depart.
• Ensures a clean, welcoming, and fast-paced environment for our guests.
• Responsible for clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables quickly to help keep the dining room running smoothly during busy shifts.
• Sanitize tables, chairs, and booths, and sweep the floor around the area to prepare for the next seating.
• Reset tables quickly with clean silverware, napkins, and glassware.
• Keep server side-stations stocked with clean ice, water pitchers, and polished silverware.
• Assist servers by pre-bussing active tables (removing empty plates and trash) and emptying dining room trash bins.
