Job summary

Urban Egg is seeking a dedicated Busser in Olathe, KS to support the dining team and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for guests. This tipped role offers the chance to contribute to a high-energy service and earn competitive hourly wages with tip potential.

As part of the Front of House, you will assist servers, maintain dining room cleanliness, and help with replenishing supplies, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area.
• Take dishes to dish area.
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing tables and floors.
• Replenish supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments.
• Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow.

Paid Sick Leave (Colorado)

Per the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act ("HFWA"), Urban Egg provides the following paid leave to all employees working in a Colorado-based location: Up to 48 hours of paid leave per year, for the use of a variety of health and safety needs. Team members earn 1 hour of leave for every 30 hours worked. Leave is paid at the same pay rate as time worked.
