The Busser position involves:

• Ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant
• Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees
• Assisting with delivery and serving of all food items to appropriate guests using the pivot point system
• Removing soiled dishes and utensils between courses
• Ensuring tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset promptly between seating
• Carving appropriate entrees, including pork chops, Chateaubriand, and bone-in New York strip steaks, table-side for guests
• Assisting the chef team with kitchen upkeep, including restocking silverware and plate ware, and cleaning surfaces and floors
• Supporting the chef team with kitchen closing duties, including returning food items to coolers
