First Watch in Novi, MI is seeking energetic Bussers to support a fast-paced breakfast, brunch, or lunch service. You will clear, sanitize and reset tables quickly, communicate with Hosts and Servers, and help with light housekeeping to ensure a seamless guest experience.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal "table readiness."
