Job summary

First Watch in Maryland is seeking a friendly Busser to support the dining room team and ensure quick table turnover. You will clear, clean, and reset tables in under 3 minutes, communicate with Hosts, servers, and teammates, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere for breakfast, brunch, and lunch service.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables in under 3 minutes.
• Communicate effectively with Hosts and Servers about table status.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining dining area appearance.
• Support the dining team to provide a smooth breakfast, brunch, or lunch service.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal "table readiness."
