Job summary

First Watch is seeking a Busser in a fast-paced restaurant environment in North Carolina. You will clean and reset tables quickly, communicate with Hosts and Servers, and assist with light housekeeping to maintain a welcoming dining area.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a strong focus on cleanliness and guest satisfaction. No night shifts are required, and you’ll be part of a friendly team delivering breakfast, brunch, and lunch experiences.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal "table readiness."
