Job summary

First Watch in Bel Air, MD is seeking a Busser to support a fast-paced breakfast, brunch, or lunch service. No night shifts. You will clear and reset tables quickly, assist hosts and servers, and contribute to a clean, welcoming dining room.

The role emphasizes teamwork, timely table readiness, light housekeeping, and sustaining a positive guest experience. Training is provided; eligibility for benefits begins after the initial period.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal "table readiness."
