Job summary

First Watch in Lincoln, NE is seeking a friendly Busser who supports a seamless breakfast, brunch, or lunch service. You will help clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to keep the dining area inviting and efficient.

We value teamwork and clear communication to coordinate with Hosts and Servers, ensuring guests are seated promptly and have a positive dining experience. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a people-first culture while supporting daily restaurant operations.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal "table readiness."
