Job roles and requirements include, but are not limited to:

1. Preparing the dining room for patrons by setting tables
2. Stocking all necessary supplies prior to service
3. Maintaining the dining room by resetting tables accordingly
4. Refilling water glasses, bread, and coffee service
5. Supporting wait staff by assisting with clearing courses properly
6. Retrieving supplies as required by wait staff
7. Maintaining a clean and sanitary bussing station
