Job summary

First Watch is seeking a dedicated Busser to support a fast-paced dining team. No night shifts, with focus on quick table resets, cleanliness, and coordinating with hosts and servers to seat guests efficiently.

You will contribute to a welcoming dining experience, learn the flow of service, and help maintain a tidy, inviting restaurant environment for breakfast, brunch, and lunch guests.

• Maintain table cleanliness and reset speed under 3 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Perform other duties such as light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness, etc.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
