Job summary

First Watch in Santa Rosa Beach, FL is seeking a friendly, energetic Busser to support a smooth dining experience. The role emphasizes zero night shifts, a people-first culture, and independence to help provide an exceptional breakfast, brunch or lunch for guests.

Bussers assist by cleaning and resetting tables in under 3 minutes, signaling readiness to Hosts, and collaborating with Servers to maintain seating flow. FT positions include comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes.
• They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
• Duties include communicating with others, maintaining clean tables, updating Hosts & Servers when seating is available, and light housekeeping tasks.
