Job summary

First Watch is seeking a friendly Busser to join our team in a fast-paced breakfast, brunch, or lunch environment. This role emphasizes the YOU FIRST culture and no night shifts, ensuring a positive, people-oriented workday.

You will support servers and hosts, help keep tables clean, and contribute to an exceptional dining experience for guests. As a Busser, you will work with teammates to clear, sanitize, and reset tables quickly, coordinate with the front-of-house staff, and assist with light

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, sanitize & reset tables in under 3 minutes.
• Communicate well with Hosts & Servers when tables are available for seating.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness, etc.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
