Job summary

Bluestone Johnny Carino's in Texas is seeking a friendly busser to help maintain a clean, fast-paced dining room. You will clear tables, reset settings, and assist servers to ensure smooth service.

The ideal candidate communicates in English, works well in a team, and is available evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior restaurant experience is preferred, and you should be comfortable standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Previous busser or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables of dishware and napkins after meals, and return them to the kitchen.
• Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware.
• Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after meals.
• Refill salt, pepper, and other condiments at tables.
• Assist servers with food delivery.
• Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked.
• Complete opening/running/closing side work duties as assigned.
• Assist teammates with opening/running/closing side work duties upon request.

Physical Demands

• Mobility required during the entire shift
