We are looking for a dedicated Busser to join our team at Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya. Our company values teamwork and cares deeply about our staff, many of whom have been with us for years.

Responsibilities include:

• Clearing tables after guests, wiping tables or seats with damp cloths, and replacing dirty tablecloths.
• Promptly cleaning table tops, chairs, booths, and the surrounding floor between guests.
• Removing used tableware between courses and providing tableware for the next course.
• Locating items requested by guests.
• Scraping and stacking dirty dishes, carrying them to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Unloading, sorting, and stacking silverware, dishes, and glassware for cleaning.
• Performing serving, cleaning, or stocking duties to facilitate customer service.
• Carrying food, dishes, trays, or silverware from kitchens to serving counters.
• Cleaning up spills, broken dishes, and removing trash.
• Assisting in serving food to guests when needed.
• Maintaining supplies such as linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Cleaning and polishing counters, shelves, walls, furniture, and equipment; mopping or vacuuming floors.
• Refilling beverage or ice dispensers and stocking condiments.
• Communicating with servers and hosts to ensure efficient seating and service.
• Responding to guest requests and relaying them to servers.
• Inspecting restrooms regularly and cleaning as needed.
• Attending employee meetings and suggesting improvements.
• Supporting fellow employees to meet guest needs and ensure smooth operations.
• Filling in for colleagues when necessary to maintain service standards.
