Base pay range

$4.00/hr - $6.00/hr

General Summary

The Support/Busser’s primary responsibility is to create an excellent dining experience throughout the guest’s visit. Our bussers demonstrate genuine hospitality, work neatly and cleanly, and can multitask and work well in a team environment. Responsibilities include ensuring tables are set to standards, maintaining supplies needed for service, serving ice, water, and coffee, and clearing tables while maintaining a friendly demeanor at all times.

The Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in hotels or restaurants
• Ability to convey information and ideas with clarity and genuine warmth
• Able to perform in a team serving environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays (REQUIRED)
• Ability to stand during entire shift
• Ability to lift 30 lbs

Compensation & Benefits

Maryland: $3.63 - $16.00 per hour plus tips

Pennsylvania: $5.00 - $5.50 per hour plus tips

Delaware: $13.25 - $14.00 per hour

Florida: $9.98 per hour plus tips

Texas: $3.00 - $8.00 per hour plus tips
