We are looking for BUSSERS who know how to provide a memorable experience for our guests. Can you:
- Present a warm, friendly, and enthusiastic service-oriented attitude
- Smile, greet guests, and make eye contact
- Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly, within 60 seconds of guest departure
- Take dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware to the dish room
- Return bar glassware for washing
- Stock bus stations with silverware, dishes, napkins, ice, and condiments throughout your shift
- Assist in pre-bussing plates if activities do not conflict with main duties
- Refill beverages upon request: coffee, decaf, iced tea, hot tea
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bus stations and service areas
- Keep floors, booths, chairs, and tables clean and crumb-free
- Perform teamwork duties and other tasks as directed by management
- Check restrooms every 15 minutes when assigned
- Maintain cleanliness of outside walkways, landscaping, and parking lot
- Ensure consistency in supplies, cleanliness, and a friendly environment
- Perform duties pleasantly and professionally
- Handle complaints positively
- Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
- Be available on all holidays
