Join to apply for the Busser role at Black Angus Steakhouse

We are looking for BUSSERS who know how to provide a memorable experience for our guests. Can you:

1. Present a warm, friendly, and enthusiastic service-oriented attitude
2. Smile, greet guests, and make eye contact
3. Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly, within 60 seconds of guest departure
4. Take dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware to the dish room
5. Return bar glassware for washing
6. Stock bus stations with silverware, dishes, napkins, ice, and condiments throughout your shift
7. Assist in pre-bussing plates if activities do not conflict with main duties
8. Refill beverages upon request: coffee, decaf, iced tea, hot tea
9. Maintain cleanliness and organization of bus stations and service areas
10. Keep floors, booths, chairs, and tables clean and crumb-free
11. Perform teamwork duties and other tasks as directed by management
12. Check restrooms every 15 minutes when assigned
13. Maintain cleanliness of outside walkways, landscaping, and parking lot
14. Ensure consistency in supplies, cleanliness, and a friendly environment
15. Perform duties pleasantly and professionally
16. Handle complaints positively
17. Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
18. Ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
19. Work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
20. Be available on all holidays
