Our Back Servers/Bussers keep our restaurant running smoothly by ensuring that the restaurant is clean and ready for our guests. They move swiftly throughout the dining room, clearing tables as needed and helping our servers in delivering food and beverages to guests. From time to time, they're prepared to do some heavy lifting and when needed, they provide our guests with hospitality that will make their day just a little bit brighter.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure the dining room is always perfect by clearing and resetting tables after guests leave.
• Help servers and bartenders by providing refills on water and iced tea and removing used tableware between courses.
• Check and clean floor, bar, and restrooms as needed.
• Assist dishwashers by removing clean dishes and stocking them appropriately.
• Clean spills quickly with minimal disturbance to guests.
• Assist with food delivery, especially during peak times and with large parties.
• Thank guests when they leave and inquire about their experience.
• Respond sincerely and appropriately to guest requests and communicate as necessary.
• Maintain flexibility during shifts to help ensure smooth restaurant operations.
