Reporting and Schedule

Reports To: General Manager

Schedule: Part-time, hourly, non-exempt. Hours vary weekly; weekend availability is required.

Minimum Requirements

Responsibilities

• Engage politely and promptly with Guests, answer questions or find answers
• Set, clear, and reset tables with complete place settings
• Handle restaurant equipment, dishes, and silverware carefully
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and common areas at all times
• Assist team members during downtime or as directed
• Report guest comments, suggestions, or complaints to management

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; hospitality degrees a plus
• 1+ year experience preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move for up to 5 hours
• Ability to reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
