Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish dining.
• Wipe down tables, chairs and booths with appropriate cleaning solutions.
• Transport dirty dishes, glassware and utensils to the dishwashing area.
• Help servers deliver food to tables.
• Monitor dining room for spills or safety hazards and address them immediately.
• Assist servers as needed.
