Overview

Due to high business volume, bussers are essential at Hard Rock Cafe. They are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, enabling other departments to focus on guest service.

Responsibilities

• Clearing and resetting tables
• Sweeping floors
• Emptying trash cans
• Stocking ice and products
• Maintaining a clean back dock area
• Pre-bussing tables
• Communicating with hosts, servers, and other bussers
• In some locations: removing condiments, refilling drinks, setting up bar premixes

Qualifications
