The Chicago Marriott O’Hare Hotel is seeking a Full-time PM Busser/Food Runner to support servers and bartenders by running food, bussing tables, stocking service stations, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness. This role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Ideal candidates are willing to pitch in, endure lifting requirements, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a hospitality environment.

Job Description:

The Chicago Marriott O’Hare Hotel is looking for a Full-time PM Busser/Food Runner to join our hotel team!

Overview:

The Busser/Food Runner will be responsible for assisting servers and bartenders by running food, bussing tables, stocking service stations, ensuring sanitation and cleanliness in the restaurant/bar while supporting the department and hotel needs to achieve the overall success of the operations.

Responsibilities:

• Follow and ensure proper compliance with safety & sanitation procedures.
• Bus tables, run food, stock service stations.
• Assist servers and bartenders as needed.
• Follow proper personal hygiene procedures.
• Positive attitude while being a team player.
• Greet guests in a positive manner.
