Major Responsibilities Include

• Cleaning various areas of the restaurant
• Taking out garbage and recyclables to the compactor or dumpster
• Preparing rolls and lemons
• Cleaning tables by removing all plates, silverware, glasses, and garbage, then wiping down the table and seating
• Restocking ice
• Sweeping floors

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Ability to speak English
• Ability to lift and carry 20 pounds
• Work with a sense of urgency and maintain a positive attitude
• Work well under pressure and effectively solve problems
• Meet deadlines and analyze information
