Bussers play a key role in maintaining the flow, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction of our high-end environment. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced settings, works well under pressure, and takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, bar area, and service stations
• Assist bartenders and servers with guest service needs
• Refill water, polish glassware, and restock supplies throughout service
• Support food and drink runners during peak hours
• Ensure all guest areas meet high presentation and sanitation standards
• Remove trash, sweep floors, and maintain overall organization
• Anticipate team needs and contribute to smooth nightly operations
• Uphold professionalism and guest-first hospitality standards at all times
