Job summary

Miskiri Hospitality Group in Baltimore is looking for a Busser / Front of House Support to help maintain a clean, organized dining room and assist servers, bartenders, hosts, and other team members.

You will promptly clear and reset tables, stock service stations, ensure smooth guest flow during busy shifts, and provide courteous help to guests. A dependable, team-oriented attitude and attention to cleanliness are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promptly clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, service stations, entry areas, and other front of house spaces.
• Remove used dishes, glassware, utensils, and other items from tables and transport them to designated areas.
• Reset tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, napkins, menus, condiments, and other required items.
• Assist servers and other front of house team members with maintaining an efficient flow of service.
• Refill water and assist with other basic guest needs as directed.
• Support food running and delivery of items to guests when needed and properly trained.
• Stock and replenish service stations and front of house supplies throughout the shift.
• Monitor dining areas for cleanliness, spills, debris, or other conditions requiring attention and respond promptly.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift change responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, bartenders, managers, culinary team members, and other employees.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and company policies and procedures.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to guests and team members.
• Assist with additional front of house operational duties as assigned by management.

Position Summary

The Busser / Front of House Support team member plays an important role in creating a clean, organized, efficient, and welcoming dining environment. Physical Requirements

The position may require lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds.

Scheduling Requirements

Must be available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which may include mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak restaurant periods.
