Job summary

Tc4 & Co is seeking a friendly Busser to support our wait staff and keep dining areas ready for guests. You will prepare tables, restock supplies, clear plates, and assist servers during busy service hours in our Austin restaurants.

This entry‑level role offers opportunities to learn in a fast-paced hospitality group and advance into training tracks. If you take pride in teamwork, cleanliness and delivering a smooth guest experience, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining areas before guests are seated
• Decorate tables with candles, napkins, linens and flowers
• Place tableware and condiments on tables
• Refill beverages and take orders
• Remove dirty utensils and replenish, as needed
• Clean and reset tables after guests leave
• Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas

We are looking for a Busser to support our wait staff and set up our dining areas. Busser responsibilities include serving plates, glasses and silverware, refilling beverages and cleaning tables. Ultimately, you will ensure our daily operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant dining experience.
