Job summary

Tc4 & Co in Austin, TX is seeking an enthusiastic bartender to provide an exceptional guest drinking experience. You will craft both classic and innovative drinks while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving drinks, checking IDs, restocking, and maintaining a clean bar. Compensation includes salary and tips, with growth opportunities in a dynamic hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender.
• Computer literacy required.
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus.

• Interact with guests, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Check guests’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements
