White Lodging is hiring a Busperson to support the dining team in our premium-brand hotels. You’ll keep tables clean, assist servers, and help with beverage delivery while delivering a friendly, professional guest experience.

We value an outgoing personality, excellent communication, and a willingness to learn and grow into the server role. Expect high-paced service with opportunities across multiple hotels in the area.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tables are clean and properly set, assist the Food Runner as needed.
• Work with servers, assist with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality with professionalism.
• Learn to operate the Host Stand.
• Know menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Perform opening and closing duties and process all payment methods.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as a hotel ambassador.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

• A Busperson will ensure that all tables are clean and properly set while also assisting the Food Runner when necessary
• Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers. Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality. Exhibit professionalism and friendliness at all times
• Learn to operate the Host Stand
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions
• Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned
• Process all payment methods
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance
• Perform other duties as assigned
