Busperson (Food Runner)

Reporting to the Assistant Outlets Manager, the Busperson is responsible for offering individual warm and welcoming service by paying attention to guests needs and looking for every opportunity to wow and delight them with your knowledge and service levels, as well as facilitating food service.

Rate of Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour plus tips

What you will be doing:

• Support Servers in delivering a seamless, professional, and engaging dining experience
• Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timing meet LQA standards
• Maintain a strong understanding of menus, ingredients, and preparation methods to confidently support guest interactions
• Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful, attentive service throughout the dining experience
• Assist in setting, clearing, and resetting tables with precision and attention to detail
• Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
• Communicate effectively with both Front of House and Culinary teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Support large parties, special events, and unique dining experiences with professionalism
• Clears tables and carries dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen
• Replaces soiled table linens and sets tables with silverware and glassware
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Other duties assigned
