Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead is searching for their next busperson to join their Food & Beverage team!

The property is located within a mile of the Buckhead Village District and half a mile away from the Buckhead MARTA station. This 326 room property is the perfect opportunity for a Front Office leader who is ready to take charge of a team of 8 team members and support the General Manager in executing their vision of delivering excellent hospitality.

The ideal candidate will hold at least 6 months to a year of experience in a busperson or similar position. Looking for someone dependable with strong customer service skills. Full availability for morning, weekend, and holiday shifts is required.

Shift Pattern:typical shifts from 5:30am-11:30am or 6am-12pm. Weekday, weekend, and holiday availability required.

Pay Rate: $14.65 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Busperson, you would be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
  • Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
  • Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)
  • Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.
  • Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
