Boyd Gaming in Missouri is seeking a friendly Busperson to support our dining operations. You will greet guests, receive and fulfill drink orders, clear and reset tables, and help maintain a fast, courteous service flow.

The role requires physical stamina to stand/walk long shifts and repeatedly lift up to 40 pounds; prior restaurant experience is preferred.

You will work with a team to ensure guests have a clean, welcoming dining environment and uphold the company's equal opportunity values.

The BUSPERSON is responsible for:

Clean tables by removing soiled dishes, silverware, glassware, and refuse and wiping tabletop and seats. Set up tables according to established standards. Receive and fulfill beverage orders.

• Greet guests seated in assigned station.
• Receive and fulfill/refill drink orders from guests.
• Remove dishes from tables and place in plastic bus tub (approx. 40 lbs. in weight) in a timely manner.
• Set up tables according to established standards.

• Transport filled bus tubs to kitchen dishwashing area.
• Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas.
• Ensuring the smooth and timely flow of orders from Kitchento the Guest.
• Checking dishes for accuracy and presentation.
• Assisting in final dish preparation.
• Maintaining fast service.
• Handling customer complaints.
• Upholding quality and sanitationstandards
• Completing side work as needed
