Job summary

MGM Resorts Beau Rivage in Biloxi, Mississippi is seeking a Busperson/Backserver to help create a warm, welcoming guest experience and support our servers.

You will keep dining areas organized, stocked, and spotless, contributing to the high level of service Beau Rivage is known for. Must be 18+ and available to work in a fast-paced environment with tips added to base pay.

Responsibilities

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service.
• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles.
• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicate with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently.
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed.
• Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris.

THE JOB:

As a Busperson/Backserver, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless guest experience. You'll help keep our dining room, service stations, and food areas organized, stocked, and spotless, supporting our servers and ensuring every guest enjoys the exceptional service Beau Rivage is known for.

THE STARTING RATE:

$10.50 per hour (plus tips)

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service.
• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles.
