Job summary

Round-Peg Solutions (RPS) is seeking a dynamic Business Unit Manager to lead multifunctional teams and drive profit optimization within aerospace manufacturing. You will manage revenue generation, shipping timelines, and program profitability while interfacing with major OEMs.

The role provides a fast-paced path toward VP and President within the next five years. You will guide business plans, forecasts, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements to align with company objectives and long-term

• Play a key role in monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L management.

• Review proposals, contracts, and commercial agreements for alignment.
• Support profitability targets, operations, and strategy execution.
• Represent the organization in quarterly business reviews to ensure revenue targets.

As the Business Unit Manager you will bring:
