Job summary

Aerosphere Power & Navigation is seeking a Business Unit Manager to lead the Budd Lake, NJ-based unit focused on aerospace, defense, and space products. You will oversee planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management to ensure cost, quality, and schedule targets are met.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to align roadmaps with market needs, develop growth strategies, and manage key customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business units or comparable operations in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing.
• Strong skills in strategic planning and P&L management.
• Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, production, supply chain, and commercial teams.
