Growing organization is seeking a Business Unit Controller to lead accounting operations, month-end close, consolidations, financial reporting, and internal controls for a complex multi-entity business unit. This is a highly visible leadership role partnering directly with executive finance leadership and operations teams.
- Compensation around $140K–$150K + bonus + relocation assistance available
- Leadership opportunity managing accounting and AP teams
- Exposure to executive leadership and future IPO environment
- Strong mix of strategic oversight and hands-on operational accounting
- Strong experience with consolidations, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Background in multi-entity or complex operational environments
- Experience with ERP/reporting systems such as OneStream, Hyperion, Workday, or similar
- 8+ years of accounting/finance experience with leadership responsibilities
- Relocation to LA will likely be required
